Return & Refund Policy for Digital Products

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all digital products, including but not limited to ebooks, guides, templates, and downloadable materials (“Digital Products”) offered by Aging Happily Resource (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, all purchases of Digital Products are final and non‑refundable. Once a Digital Product has been purchased, accessed, downloaded, or delivered to the customer (“you”), the transaction is considered complete. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Non‑Returnable Nature of Digital Goods

Digital Products cannot be returned in the same manner as physical goods. Upon purchase, you receive instant access to proprietary content that cannot be “returned” or revoked. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds for any Digital Product.

3. Responsibility to Review Product Information

Prior to completing your purchase, you are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, previews, and details provided on our website or sales platform. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the nature of the Digital Product being offered.

4. Unauthorized Sharing or Distribution

5. Technical Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your Digital Product, please contact us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving technical issues related to product access. Technical support does not constitute grounds for a refund.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for a Digital Product that has been delivered constitutes a breach of this Policy. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with proof of delivery, access logs, and purchase records.

By purchasing any Digital Product from Aging Happily Resource, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy in full.
